This notice covers the Bethany Ryan Art Canvas Collection website, operated by Ryan Project Group, LLC. It is a website people open in a browser. It is not a downloadable app, and it does not ask anyone to create an account.
What you enter
If you build an order, the site keeps the selections you type: artwork, quantity, size, frame, finish, and any discount. On the project page you may also enter a company, contact name, role, email, phone, project name, sales representative, purchase order, billing address, delivery address, requested date, quote reference, notes, and who prepared the request.
Do not enter payment-card or bank details. This page does not take payment.
Where that information stays
Selections and project fields are saved in this browser on your device until you choose Start over or clear the site data in the browser. The PDF or spreadsheet you download stays on your device.
Submit order emails the specification to bethany@ryanprojectgroup.com and gallery@bethanyryan.com. A mail service delivers that message. The studio uses it to review the request, prepare an invoice, and arrange delivery, and keeps a copy of the request for that purpose. We do not sell that information. Clearing this browser does not delete a request already sent.
What the host and other sites see
The site is hosted so it can load in a browser. The host may process ordinary technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as an IP address, browser type, and the address of the page requested.
Type on the page is loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when those files load. Links to the studio site and to Etsy leave this website and follow those sites’ own policies.
